Reporting into the Operations and Logistics Manager you will be a reliable and precise professional responsible for the services operation including facilities maintenance and administrational coordination, whilst liaising with clients, couriers and other operational departments to ensure delivery.

A typical day: 

  • Assisting in the co-ordination of Operational activity with regards to project and resource planning
  • Quoting customers for service based activities
  • Liaising with clients, couriers and other operational departments to ensure delivery
  • Liaising with internal logistics, transport and sales teams
  • Monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods
  • Maintaining our facilities records, including maintenance schedule and regular supplier reviews
  • Ensuring all facility work carried out by third parties are completed
  • Maintaining and ordering stock for all office supplies
  • Responsible for H&S new starter training onsite
  • Working with team leads to ensure regular reviews of Operational processes and procedures
  • General administrative duties

 

What you need

  • Enthusiastic , self-motivated and determined to make a difference
  • Proven experience in an administrative customer facing role
  • Experience in a fast paced logistics coordination role – desirable
  • Service orientated with the ability to deal sympathetically and effectively with a wide range of personalities and situations
  • Methodical and accurate –naturally enjoying attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
