Hardware Group wins award for Best Employer Contribution for apprenticeships
Hardware Group is proud to receive an award from Cirencester College for Best Employer Contribution to the College, in the Apprenticeships category. On Saturday 8 April, Eddie Murray, Mike Southby, Will Housden and Jordan Selby, attended Cirencester College’s 25th Annual Awards Ceremony where they received the awards.
In addition, Will Housden, Business Application Analyst Apprentice at Hardware Group, was presented with his award for IT and Computing Apprentice of the Year.
Eddie Murray, Talent Acquisition Partner, commented, “We are exceptionally proud to receive this award, as I’m sure Will is to receive his. Will has shown commitment and dedication throughout his time here, and awards like these offer the recognition he deserves and highlight the work we do to raise our profile as an employer of choice in local area for the next generation of talented young people”.
Will additionally commented, “For the last 6 months it has been a fantastic experience to begin a foundation on for future development within the ever expanding industry of IT. I’ve learnt about many systems that Hardware Group uses on a daily basis that will advance my knowledge greatly. I have also been in involved with recent development work that has given me an insight into the development request from start to finish. I also would like to thank the Apprenticeship team at Cirencester College that helped me through my application and supporting me throughout my time here”.
