Creating an environment for work and play

Our headquarters in Kemble are modern, light and airy, promoting a dynamic and vibrant work environment.

Month End Lunches

“Theres no such thing as a free lunch”, Wrong. Month ends are generally a very busy time fulfilling orders for our many worldwide customers, but this doesn’t mean that we can’t take time out to reward our team. Each month end is celebrated by a company funded lunch, pulling in a wide range of external caterers to bring the company together. So whether pizza is your passion or Thai ticks the box for you. Hardware Group are dedicated to fuelling our machine.

Performance Related Play

Think all company incentives are the same, think again. Our ‘Performance Related Play’ incentive gives the opportunity for the top 30 CHAMPIONS to be flown to South Africa to enjoy a fun-filled experience at Leobo Private Reserve – a stunning 20,000 acre estate in the beautiful Waterberg mountains. Graduate and Apprentice Schemes

Hardware Group is always on the lookout for new talent, with three waves of graduate recruitment each year. Our in-house academy provides comprehensive product training whilst our training partner delivers valuable sales courses to ensure our graduates have all the skills required to succeed in the role and are able to deliver the highest quality of service and expertise to our customers.

I received the warmest welcome into the company and I would highly recommend the apprenticeship scheme to people who want to become part of a great team.

We have also been a part of the Apprentice Scheme for several years, taking on apprentices across the business both in the Hardware Group Headquarters in Kemble and the HardwareServices Operations Centre in Swindon.
