Hardware Group has today launched a ‘performance-related play’ talent initiative to reward the best performers from the Hardware Group UK.

Our aim is to develop an engaged workforce who feel inspired to deliver excellent results, and who are strongly aligned to the aspirations of our organisation. All employees will be given personal objectives which align to company-measured metrics and will also be measured on how well they uphold our CHAMPION core values.

Our UK employees will have an opportunity to enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience that they’ll remember for years to come. Our top 30 performers will be flown to South Africa in May 2017 to stay at Leobo Private Reserve, a completely private 20,000 acre estate based in the beautiful Waterberg Mountains and home to the award winning ‘Observatory Bush Villa’.

The Leobo Private Reserve is fantastically well equipped for fun – there are quad bikes, dirt buggies, horses, mountain bikes, motor bikes, helicopters, clay shooting, fishing and more. For those who want to play, activities include helicopter paintballing, skydiving, golf, climbing, abseiling and quad bike safaris. For those who wish to relax there is kayaking, safari trips, massage and spa treatments, star gazing in the Observatory and scenic helicopter flights.

We want our employees to be excited about working for us and be the best they truly can so we are committed to investing in their success, for their benefit and for that of our business. Our ‘Aim High, Go Far’ talent initiative will recognise performance, harness talent, reward personal growth and fully incorporate our values into everything we do.
